Overseas Trained Doctors
The Department of Health Human Services has contracted the Postgraduate Medical Institute of Tasmania Inc. to develop and implement programs for the education and training of overseas trained medical staff, in particular, with preparation for the Australian Medical Council (AMC) Exams.
The Overseas Trained Doctors Program is part of PMIT Inc, and we work closely with the Directors of Clinical Training and Medical Education Officers at the 3 Tasmanian Public Hospitals - Royal Hobart, Launceston General and North West Regional.
